Engravers Old English™ is derived from the blackletter that first appeared in England at the end of the twelfth century. These hearty, classic letterforms were actually modeled on French types developed during the reign of Charlemagne. Engravers Old English and its kin are often seen on certificates and newspaper mastheads, and are also put to good use by heavy metal bands and blushing brides-to-be. Character Set - Latin-1.
